What comes after “I need this too”?
Interest, purchasing and repeatable delivery require different kinds of evidence.
Interest and demand are different
A like is a reaction. Adoption intent becomes clearer when we know when, where and by whom a service would be used and paid for. The same person in another language is not a new customer.
Agree on a small scope
Define the test outcome, customer inputs, review criteria, timeline and price. An application is not a signed contract. Do not promise delivery before terms and responsibilities are agreed.
Speed is not enough
Look at payment, repeat use, improvement including customer review time and cost including operator labor. A promising small sample is not proof of worldwide demand.
Replication is more than copying
A new market requires checks on usage rights, accountability, local partners and quality. Copying software does not automatically reproduce business capability or commercial relationships.
